A $15 million upgrade has been announced for our school.
Among the facility upgrades being considered are:
- contemporary learning areas designed for collaboration and flexibility, to replace existing aged buildings
- new administration areas.
The infrastructure project will provide our students world-class learning facilities.
The upgrade comes in addition to the state government’s $1.3 billion investment into education infrastructure.

Parents and Friends Group
The Seaview Downs Primary School Parents and Friends Group has recently been established. Members meet for coffee in the school after drop off in the mornings.
As a new group, they are currently defining their purpose and role, but it is anticipated they will offer support to new parents and advice to the Governing Council about a range of school improvement issues.
Parents with pre-school aged children can be a part of this group and will always be welcome as members.
If you wish to become involved in the Parents and Friends Group, or would like further information, please contact the school office.
